Refund Policy

A 30-day money-back guarantee on every Memory Travel photobook.

1. Our 30-day guarantee

We want you to love your photobook. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 daysof delivery (for printed books) or of purchase (for digital books) and we'll make it right — typically with a free re-design, a reprint, or a full refund.

2. Digital photobooks

Digital photobooks are delivered as downloadable files. Because they are made to order from your photos and personalised to you, they are normally exempt from the standard right of withdrawal once the file has been delivered. Even so, our 30-day satisfaction guarantee still applies: if a file is faulty, won't open, or doesn't match what you approved, we'll fix it or refund you.

3. Printed photobooks

Printed photobooks are custom-made for you. If your book arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing or print defect, or differs from the design you approved, we'll reprint or refund it at no cost to you. Please report any issue within 30 days of delivery and, where possible, include a photo of the problem so we can resolve it quickly.

4. What we'll need

  • your order number;
  • a short description of the issue;
  • for printed books, a photo of the defect or damage where relevant.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once approved, please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
