2. Data we collect
We collect only what we need to provide our service: your name, email, billing and delivery address, the photos you upload to build your book, your order history, and technical information such as your IP address and cookie preferences. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we do not store your full card details.
3. How we use your data
- to build, deliver, and (where chosen) print your photobook;
- to process payments and prevent fraud;
- to provide customer support and handle refunds;
- with your consent, to send you occasional updates and offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Your photos
The photos you upload are used solely to create your photobook. We never sell them or use them for advertising. You can request deletion of your uploaded photos at any time by contacting us.
5. Sharing & processors
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Memory Travel — for example payment, print-fulfilment, email, and hosting partners — under agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can review and change your choices any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@memorytravel.eu.
